Regulations on construction management in Hanoi take affect from 01/4/2019

The previous provisions having content contrary to the provisions of this decision are abandoned.

General provisions

According to the decision, regulations on management of the Order of construction in Hanoi CITY consists of 20 things. Department of Construction
