On May 13, 2019, the Government issued Decree No.40/2019/NĐ-CP amending and supplementing several articles of regulations of Vietnam law in field of environment (“Decree 40”). Decree 40, coming into effect from July 01, 2019. Decree 40 includes 07 Articles, 81 pages of content, 121 pages of Appendix and Form.
