On 17/5/2019, the government issued the Decree No. 43/2019/ND-CP on amendments to some provisions of Decree No. 26/2014/ND-CP dated 07/4/2014 on the organization and operation of the inspection and supervision of the banking industry. More notably, the 43 decree has an effect on the date of registration issued.
